The Non-Profit Organization "Mount Oiti" took over the organizing of the event in 2013, in cooperation with the Municipality of Lamia, while the "Trachina" Running Club of Fthiotis has been in charge since 2016, continuously improving the route. The final distanceis 42.3 kilometers, with a positive altitude difference of +2900 meters.
